The wood used in our kits is a high quality hardwood with all pieces laser cut to size.
Our Modern Style Living Room includes parts for loveseat, 2 chairs, 2 side tables, and a coffee table. Kit also includes gold mini beads for knobs.
These kits are produced so that they can be successfully built in an evening or weekend. The wood used is a high quality maple with all pieces laser cut to size. A detailed illustrated parts list makes it easy to determine which piece you need for each step. The kits include helpful hints and tips for building kits including upholstery and bedding instructions. The clear instructions ensure even a beginner will have a successful building experience.

I have had the most enjoyable time constructing two tiny houses, adding furniture (kits, not ready-made) and the smallest of lighting. They have tested my patience, dexterity and eyesight, but the results are rewarding. I made a shallow box base for each house, slightly bigger than the base board supplied, which houses the lighting control and I intend to cover the box with a wood veneer. This has given me wider scope for landscaping. All together, well worth six stars.
