Delivery Information

 

Order processing time

All orders are processed within 3 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or UK public holidays.

Orders placed after 5pm will be processed on the next working day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

UK Shipping for Christmas & New Year

Little House at the Priory will hold all orders made during holiday period (usually the last Royal Mail Standard 1st class post date for Christmas until 2nd January). We do not process any orders made during this time until the 3rd January. This is to prevent loss or delay due to Christmas.

For international orders, we cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas. Please see homepage for international holiday postage dates at the time.

 

Shipment confirmation

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Little House at the Priory is not responsible for paying any additional customs and taxes beyond those collected at checkout. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Should the item be returned due to the additional fees (beyond those collected by Little House at the Priory) not being paid, these items will not be refunded, and the customer will have to fund the additional postage cost back to us.

 

Damages

Little House at the Priory is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order is damaged, please contact us via the contact details on the information on your parcel.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before submitting a claim.
