The Old Mill House in the woods is a finished house scene
Once a working Water Mill it is now a family home where the tranquil water sounds and scenic location is a relaxing setting for any home
The old mill cottage in the woods this was created using a 148th kit from petite properties and the rest just followed
The building is a kit by Petite Properties and it has been set in a scene complete with lighting which is operated by cell batteries located in the base that can be switched on and off
This is a OOAK piece. The base measures 24 cm x31cmthe height from base to the top is 26cm
This will be dispatched tracked and signed for with insurance
