Hart’s Desire Miniatures - 1:48 quarter scale house kit - Eliana

The Eliana Vacation Home is a little different than our other houses. This kit gives you the option to make the vacation home your “Heart Desires”. It includes everything needed to finish the exterior house in three different ways.
1) The Aspen Retreat with Stone & Siding
2) The Log Home with Logs
3) Or you can mix and match with Stone & Logs
All three options work for a Bed & Breakfast.
The interior is the same for all option.

The structural pieces are laser cut out of 1/8” birch plywood. The kit includes the base, two floors that are etched to resemble hardwood flooring, the exterior walls are grooved were the floors slide in and the corners of walls and roof pieces are tabbed and notched for easy assembly. The exterior materials include pre-cut siding, pre-cut stone, exterior corner trims, logs, railings, & a set of steps.

The interior materials include wallpaper, baseboards, cove molding, and trims for the edges of the walls and floors. The kit also includes a staircase, fireplace, & railings.
**And yes, the wrap-around kitchen with upper and lower cabinets, and 3D printed stove, hood, refrigerator, and sink are also included in the kit.

Also included are all laser cut parts for doors, window casings, window frames, shutters, Plexiglas, and window boxes.

We have included landscaping materials for this house grass, bushes, foliage for window boxes and vines, & snowflakes.

Last but not least each ¼” house kit comes with a piece of felt for the bottom of the base in order to avoid scratching the service it is displayed on.
The step-by-step instructions are detailed with diagrams and pictures.
It is important to note that our house kits include everything you will need to complete the house as shown except the paint, tools, and glue.
Finished house measures – 15” wide x 9 3/4” deep x 7 1/4” high
